1. What is the yellow/orange residue that you see on the dropper spout or in the OmiVis Eye Wash?
OMISAN farmaceutici products are formulated with natural ingredients (flower extracts) in relatively significant percentages. It may happen that, after use, the spout remains wet with the product and that, once the aqueous component has evaporated, the non-volatile components remain as residue. This effect is a sign of product quality, showing the high content and quality of the extract it contains.
2. Can I use the OmiVis Eye Wash with contact lenses?
Yes. The OmiVis Eye Wash has been formulated without chemical ingredients which are toxic to the eye and harmful to contact lenses; it is also tested and certified to guarantee use also to their wearers, who can put them in immediately after an eye wash as well.
3. Why is the included eye cup too stiff and uncomfortable?
The eye cup supplied inside the package has a predetermined shape and rigidity. In fact, its shape provides a flat and wide base to allow anyone to fill it with the eye wash solution without the risk of it toppling over. In addition, the opening is very wide and rigid, so that it does NOT adhere perfectly to the eyeball and that there is always a certain quantity of air flow in order to avoid the unpleasant and risky suction effect at the time of its removal.
