FAQ:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is the yellow/orange residue that you can see on the dropper spout or the spray dispenser?

OMISAN farmaceutici products are formulated with natural ingredients (flower extracts) in relatively significant percentages. It may happen that, after use, the spout remains wet with the product and that, once the aqueous component has evaporated, the non-volatile components remain as residue. This effect is a sign of product quality, showing the high content and quality of the extract it contains.

2. Can the ophthalmic products of the BioXesin line be used with contact lenses?

Yes. All the ophthalmic products of the BioXesin line have been created, tested and certified to be used also when wearing contact lenses. We also recommend their application precisely in the event of their prolonged use and of a decrease in eye comfort, in order to rehydrate and lubricate them.
